Since we are growing, our team is missing a Senior UX Designer. A person who joins our 100% remote team will help us to reach millions of new users.

Role description:
You’ll be the first full-time UX Designer in the company. We have a solid UX foundation from working with external specialists. We understand how impactful design can be, that’s why we want this role in-house. 
There is a whole family of products to design and improve. You won’t be stuck with one project for a long time.
We believe that design is the crucial element of a great product. You’ll have full support on that!
We want to create full experiences, so you will have time and space to explore and experiment on every level of the product. Don’t worry you won’t be alone on this journey, as we all work together.
Your goal is simple, but challenging: To grow the value of our apps’ ecosystem 10 times.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be the lead UX role to create impactful experiences for mobile apps’ and mobile games environment
You’ll be in charge of the full design process. From research to user testing at the end
You’ll be the key part of defining the change to come with new improvements, features and products
You’ll be running internal workshops on every stage of product design
You’ll be working hand to hand with business, marketing and developers
You’ll be balancing business needs with user goals
You’ll be analyzing and drawing conclusions based on the real data

Required skills:
Min. 4+ years of experience in UX, preferably in mobile design/mobile-first approach projects
Ability to challenge and to be challenged 
Being able to zoom out and zoom in. From the whole ecosystem to the particular screen
Being able to deconstruct the complex problems into the core issue
Being able to ask open and intriguing questions to drive the conversation
Good knowledge of tools such as Miro, Figma, pencil sketching
Good knowledge of design methods (like user journey maps, canvases)
We don’t require you to do pixel-perfect UI
Fluency in Polish and English (+1 any language would be an asset)
Nice to have: Game design experience
