Currently, Andea is looking for an innovative, skilled and passionate UX/UI Designer to help us develop our software solutions. This is your opportunity to design forward-thinking UX projects that will impact thousands of lives and improve how millions of things are made around the world.

We expect from candidates:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the user experience process and user interface best practices
  • Solid understanding of design principles as they relate to functionality and ergonomics
  • Exceptionally keen eye and attention to detail and consistency
  • Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Effectively communicate and defend your design decisions
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and capable of delivering high-quality with short timelines
  • Ability to participate in occasional late meetings with stakeholders from United States
  • Experience with UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD etc
  • An impressive portfolio reflecting a strong, clean design sense
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working in international teams
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and their technological limitations (we do not expect you to code)

Main job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and other Designers to understand and visually articulate new software product design requirements
  • Create wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that meet business needs as well as the ergonomic needs of the user
  • Develop user personas, user flows, and show how they relate to proposed designs
  • Perform design and user research that gives insight and solves real problems
  • Conduct user interviews and usability tests
  • Support the development team and oversee the implementation of designs
  • Participate in solution design meetings; giving and receiving feedback
  • Gather feedback and data to further improve designs
  • Prepare & maintain UX guidelines and best practices
  • Create aesthetically and functionally flawless user experiences
  • Maintain relationships and set expectations with product owners and stakeholders
