Mid/ Senior UX

What will be your responsibilities?

As a Designer in NoA Ignite, you will be working closely with clients, end-users, and developers. You will participate in sales processes, run workshops, conduct research, design, test, and iterate. Also, you will be interacting with the NoA Ignite Designers from Scandinavian offices from time to time. Working with us will mean you being on board with your design expertise from the first briefing to the project’s final delivery.

What type of project can you expect?

We create solutions for international clients and well-known organizations like WHO (World Health Organization) or FIFA. Our projects vary from relatively short ones (1-3 months) to longer ones that last several years. Daily, you will be using your design skills to:

enhance and improve existing products,
run complete redesigns (both visual and functional),
create new products from scratch.
Who are you?
You have at least 3 years of experience as a UX designer. You like to collaborate, but you are not afraid to lead the design process independently. You are open to feedback, enjoy iterative change, and are eager to share your knowledge and expertise with others.
You have experience participating and delivering full life cycle design projects from the insights phase to design handoff. You know how to work with style guides and brand guidelines. While creating designs, you have component thinking and an eye for details.
You have a good understanding of a holistic design process and have a strong user-centered approach when making design decisions. You easily build an understanding of users’ context, goals, and motivations.
You know how to transform insights into ideas – you can prototype them and communicate those ideas clearly in written and spoken English.
E-commerce solutions experience will be an asset.
