- At least 4 years of experience in web and mobile UX/UI applications design
- Up-to-date knowledge of UX and UI trends
- Ability to create amazing UI design from scratch
- Ability to run entire UX design process including ideation, wireframing and testing phases
- Ability to explain your decisions to the team and clients
- Ability to lead and drive younger designers
- Experience in direct collaboration with developers
- Proficiency in Sketch / Figma or similar tool
- Experience in using InVision and/or other prototyping tools
- Confidence in using English both in writing and speaking
