- 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in tech environment (web products)
- Proficiency in working with prototyping tools and design software (we use Adobe XD and Illustrator)
- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to communicate efficiently both internally and externally
- Ability to work with low and high fidelity prototypes
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish
- At least basic project management skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in Product Design
- Experience in workshop facilitation
Responsibilities
- Creating functional and usable digital products interfaces
- Creating both low and high fidelity functional prototypes and mockups
- Translating data, insights and requirements into great design solutions
- Working closely with client, PM and engineering team
- Effectively presenting the design work outcomes and argumenting all the design decisions
- Recommending best solutions based on up-to-date patterns and best practices
