The Role

As a Brand Designer at FutureSight, you will work with our studio team on various projects for our clients and new startup initiatives. 

Our team is very collaborative, and the product or experience design process is fast and iterative. 

We are looking for an ambitious young designer who already has previous experience. Your desire to create great experiences and products, and the discipline to work hard to deliver on time are most important.

We are looking for someone with “Let’s roll up our sleeves and get it done” attitude. Successful candidate needs to show energy, passion, “can do” attitude. Be proactive at every level. High engagement and communication skills are totally fundamental for us.

Once you prove you know how to work in our environment and how to follow the experience design process, you’ll be able to lead projects from start to finish on your own.

Responsibilities

Most of the time, you will be working directly on client projects in cooperation with other members of the team but occasionally we might need you to take a lead on the project too.  You will play a key role in the design process of our customer’s brands from start to finish, pushing boundaries of product, design and technology.

  • Bringing creative briefs and campaigns to life with a high degree of design knowledge, with minimal direction.
  • Providing conceptual design excellence in every project. The main focus will be put on conceiving and prototyping inspiring, high-quality creatives.
  • Working closely with designers and art directors to assist with the execution of creative projects.
  • Working with creative briefs within the constraints of budget and time.
  • Developing templates, mock-ups, toolkits, and style guides.
  • Preparing and presenting work confidently to both, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reviewing creative work with senior creative staff and making adjustments based on feedback.
  • Managing own workload and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Attending physical or virtual video events/meetings as and when required
  • Occasionally supporting other members of the team in graphic design based projects and other areas of the growing business as and when required

Key Requirements 

  • You’ll have at least 3 years of creative agency experience in a similar role.
  • Presenting the resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills, particularly for brand design.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe, Sketch + Invision (or similar web design software), Figma.
  • You are a creative thinker with the curiosity to learn new skills, and a keen eye for design trends and technologies.
  • Ability to apply design knowledge (colour theory, typography, grids, composition) across all channels.
  • Demonstrating ability to give and receive feedback constructively, seeking to fully explain or understand a critique, challenging respectfully when appropriate and engaging in conversation about resolutions.
  • You have an ability to work independently or within a team and from time to time you are happy to take the lead on projects
  • Communicating effectively with fluent written and spoken English (at least C1)
  • Be always curious to understand human behaviour
  • Must have dedicated home office or space
