The Role
As a UX/UI Designer at FutureSight, you will work with our studio team on various projects for our clients and new startup initiatives. Our team is very collaborative, and the product or experience design process is fast and iterative.
We are looking for an ambitious designer who already has some advanced experience in UX/UI designing. Your desire to create great experiences and products, and the discipline to work hard to deliver on time are most important.
We are looking for someone with a “Let’s roll up our sleeves and get it done” attitude. Successful candidate needs to show energy, passion, “can do” attitude. Be proactive at every level. High engagement and communication skills are totally fundamental for us.
Once you prove you know how to work in our environment and how to follow the experience design process, you’ll be able to lead projects from start to finish on your own.
Responsibilities
Most of the time, you will be working directly on client projects. As a multi-disciplined designer, you will be allocated with a specific project and will be responsible of creating an amazing user experience and visual design.
- Troubleshooting potential UX problems and be able to explain solutions
- Creating sitemaps, UserFlows, User Personas and Customer Journey Maps
- Developing Low and High fidelity wireframes to present prototypes of client websites and other products.
- Contributing in design of our own website as the part of planned rebranding
- Constantly pushing the boundaries of what our products can do, balancing both user and businesses needs to create experiences that solve real problems.
- Facilitating workshops with clients and key stakeholders
- Designing UI mockups of websites in various viewports (Mobile, Tablet and Desktop)
- Creating interaction elements and design style guides for developer handover
- Designing of our own design system
- Preparing clear and communicative handover notes for other members of the team and developers
- Showcasing your creativity in producing creative and eye-catching products and visual design assets.
- Conceptualising creative ideas and create briefs that deliver exceptional digital experiences
- Working with creative briefs within the constraints of budget and time.
- Delivering and receiving feedback
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and usability and accessibility best practices
- Defining UX best practice, prototype, and test to validate ideas
- Bringing members of the team together, ensuring knowledge is shared and projects are aligned. This could include running feedback sessions and workshops – whether it’s to keep a project progressing or to keep everyone on the same page, you’ll have a natural flair for this type of environment.
- Mentoring and supporting the design team to develop their skills and knowledge within the business – sometimes it could include occasional work reviews and providing feedback.
Key Requirements
- Be always curious to understand human behaviour
- Communicating effectively with fluent written and spoken English (at least C1)
- Advanced WordPress and Elementor experience (minimum of 4 years)
- Experience in designing websites and digital experiences – Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI.
- Must have dedicated home office space but be also prepared to occasionally attend the head office. From time to time there might be opportunities for travelling abroad.
- Advanced knowledge of leading designing tools (Adobe CC, InVision App, Figma, Photoshop).
- A very strong eye for detail
- You are very organised and a great time-keeper.
- A willingness to learn and a confidence to ask questions, and challenge ideas.
- An ability to work to tight timescales, a well organised approach and a flexible attitude
- You can meet budgets and report on them.
- You are confident and are happy to attend physical or virtual video events/meetings
- You feel comfortable with leading projects and other members of the team.
- A natural flair for creativity and developing great websites and even better user experiences
- A visual and technical problem-solver
- You have a portfolio of existing projects and apps which you can provide wireframe and design visual examples in different viewport sizes.
Nice To Have
- HTML or coding knowledge would be helpful but is not essential.
- Polish language communicative.
- Previous experience in mentoring
- Interest in UX research

Successful candidates will be asked to do a portfolio walk through and for that we required dedicated PDF/presentation slides. The interview will last 60min and you’ll have to be presenting for at least 45min.
